Adventure Tour

Day 01

• Meet and assist on arrival at Airport by Simplifly Sri Lanka Representative.
• Transfer from Airport to Waikkal (Approx. 40 Minutes’ drive)
• Check in at the hotel. Rest of the day leisure at the hotel.
• Dinner and Overnight Stay at Suriya Resort (Deluxe Room)

Day 02

• Breakfast at the hotel and transfer from Waikkal to Habarana. (Approx. 3 Hrs drive)
• On your arrival do a village tour with lunch.
• Make a visit to a village in Sri Lanka. Make a cart ride through the village, rice fields. Later make a short walk (a about 15 minutes) to the tank, to make a boat ride of about 20 minutes to a nearby vegetable field of the village. Enjoy cookery demonstration at local village house.
• Thereafter, proceed to hotel and check in at Cinnamon Lodge
• Dinner and Overnight Stay at Cinnamon Lodge(Superior Room)

Day 03

• Breakfast at the hotel and leave for Sigiriya Rock fortress.(At around 8.30 am - best time to avoid mid-day height)
• Sigiriya Rock Fortress. The marvellous rock fortress of Sigiriya is a rare jewel among the many treasures in Sri Lanka. The site was the domain of King Kashyapa whose aim was to build an impregnable fortress and within it, a heavenly abode. The skeletal layout of the ancient city within the fortress marvels its observers with the grandeur and complexity of 5th century urban-planning of Sri Lanka. The smoothly glazed ‘Mirror Wall’ located a few steps away has sealed the expressions of ancient visitors, inspired by the vibrant frescoes. Return to hotel and relax. Late in the afternoon do a safari at Minneriya National Park for 4×4 Safari.
• Minneriya National Park Located in the North Central Province of Sri Lanka, was designated as a national park on 12 August 1997. Located in the centre of the cultural triangle, Minneriya is a good alternative to the busier parks in the south and it’s easy to weave in a day here between visiting the ancient cities. The dry season, preferably from June to September, is the best time to visit the park when the ancient tank, the lake that dominates the area, dries out and the grasses and shoots push through. During this time, it is possible to see herds of up to 150 elephants feeding and washing, as well as toque macaques, sambar deer and leopards. On completion of the safari, return to hotel.

Day 04

• Breakfast at the Cinnamon Lodge.
• In the morning transfer Kandy (Approx. 3 H 30 Mins drive)
• Check in at Amaya Hills. Leisure time till evening.
• In the evening visit to The Temple of the Tooth Relic. “Wear White Sarongs / Rap rounds & Carry some Lotus Flowers “to the Temple of the Tooth Relic.
• On completion, witness a Sri Lankan cultural show,
• On completion of the visit, return to hotel.
• Dinner and Overnight Stay at Amays hills (Superior Room)

Day 05

• Breakfast at the Hotel.
• Transfer from Kandy to Nuwara Eliya (Approx. 3 Hrs drive)
• En route visit Tea plantation and tea factory.
• Arrived and check in at Araliya Green City.
• Rest of the evening leisure at the hotel.
• Dinner and Overnight Stay at Araliya Green City. (Deluxe)

Day 06

• Early in the morning proceed to Horton Plains National Park.
• Discover Horton Plains National Park by foot, A packet of breakfast will be provided during this excursion.
• Horton Plains  ’World’s End” and the beautiful bridal veil ‘Bakers Falls’ Sri Lanka’s highest plateau 7200 ft above sea level in the central mountain country. This ‘Fen” is a very scenic region with an astounding variety of scenery from mountains to grasslands, from marshes to trout streams. Sri Lanka’s best-flavored high grown teas are grown in the surrounding areas. Spectacular view from ‘Worlds End’ where the plateau plunges a thousand feet in a straight sheer drop.
• On completion of the visit, return to hotel and relax.
• In the evening, Proceed for Nuwara Eliya city tour.
• Experience the boat ride in Gregory Lake and 01 Jet Ski ride.
• Gregory Lake
  In the heart of hill country, Gregory Lake is an extremely popular place with both foreign tourists and locals. This is a place to enjoy cool weather. Gregory Lake, is a reservoir in hill city, Nuwara-Eliya, Sri Lanka. Lake Gregory was built by Governor William Gregory between 1872 and 1877. The Park near the lake gives you various activities such speed boat, swan boats, dinky boats, Pony ride and many more.

Day 07

• Breakfast at Araliya Green City
• After breakfast leave for Kithulgala to do the White-water rafting. (Approximately 2 ½ hours drive)
• White Water Rafting in Kithulgala Experience White Water Rafting in the picturesque Kelani River, covering 5 major rapids and 4 minor rapids. This activity is for anyone above the age of 10 years with safety gear, modern rafts, and a comprehensive safety briefing will be given by our white water rafting instructors beforehand. The distance covered is around 5 KMs. The river and its surrounding will make you feel enchanted, with a memorable Experience during your White Water Rafting Tour in Kitulagala.
• On completion transfer to Beruwala and check in at the hotel. (Approximately 3 ½ hours drive)
• Rest of the day spend at leisure.
• Dinner and Overnight Stay at Cinnamon Bey (Superior Rooms)

• Rest of the day relax by the beach.
