Day 01 - BIA to Colombo

Day 02 - Waikkal to Habarana

Activities

Breakfast at the hotel and transfer from Waikkal to Habarana (Approx. Hrs 3 drive) En route visit Dambulla cave Temple. On completion, do a village tour with lunch
Make a visit to a village in Sri Lanka. Make a cart ride through the village, rice fields. Later make a short walk (a about 15 minutes) to the tank, to make a boat ride of about 20 minutes to a nearby vegetable field of the village. Enjoy cookery demonstration at local village house. Thereafter, proceed to hotel and check in at Cinnamon Lodge

Day 03 - Habarana to Anuradhapura to Habarana

Breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Anuradhapura (Approx. 2 ½ Hrs drive)
En route visit Aukana Buddha Statue. Aukana is the tallest ancient Buddha statue in Sri Lanka. The statue is carved in the round connected to the back to the rock boulder. Arrive at Anurdhapura and proceed with your guide to explore the ruins of the first kingdom of Sri Lanka. On completion, Transfer back to hotel.

Day 04 - Habarana to Polonnaruwa to Habarana

Habarana to Polonnaruwa to Habarana
In the morning transfer Polonnaruwa (Approx. 1hrs drive) The ancient city of Polonnaruwa, a jewel of Sri Lanka's rich history! Once the capital of the island from the 11th to 13th centuries, it flourished as a hub of culture, trade, and religion. Marvel at the grandeur of the Gal Vihara, where serene Buddha statues are carved into solid granite. On completion, transfer to explore Sigiriya Rock Fortress. (Approx. 1 Hr drive)

Day 05 - Habarana to Kandy

Breakfast at the Cinnamon Lodge Hotel
n the morning transfer Kandy (Approx. 3 Hrs 30 Mins drive). En route STOP for traditional Sri Lankan lunch at a spice Garden. Lunch will be served at a “Kamatha “(Rice / Paddy trashing ground), learn about spices, how they grow, get some tips on cooking with spices.
Check in at Amaya Hills. Leisure time till evening.
